About DCENA

We are a voluntary association of property owners.

Our purpose it to maintain the quality of our neighborhood at Duchess Creek Estates,
and make approved improvements where needed in our community.

DCENA was founded on October 2nd, 1999.

We have grown from 12 members in December 1999 to 96 members in 2018.

There are 175 property owners in the Duchess Creek Estates Additions.

We  welcome all residents to join in our meetings and also become members of DCENA.

Some of our accomplishments since 1999

      -Addition of fire hyrdants to both additions.
      -Street signs.
      -Speed limit signs.
      -Neighborhood clean up days.
      -Maintenance of boat ramp.
      -Boat Ramp Extension.
      -Repaving of roads project.
      -Contact with county and state officials regarding our addition.
      -Annual Meet and Greet Gathering
